What are your shipping options and rates? 

We ship all orders via USPS Ground Advantage or UPS. Rates are based on package weight and destination. Orders over $25 qualify for free standard shipping within the United States.

How long does shipping take? 

USPS Ground Advantage or UPS typically takes 2-3 business days, depending on your location. We process orders within 1-2 business days and email you tracking information as soon as your order ships. We don't offer overnight shipping.

Do you offer local delivery? 

Yes. Orders over $75 qualify for free local delivery. Availability depends on your address, so check at checkout to see if you qualify.

Do you ship internationally? 

No. We ship within the United States only.

How do I track my order? Once your order ships, you'll get a tracking number by email. Track your package anytime through the USPS website.

What if my package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit? 

If USPS or another carrier loses your package, we'll refund your order in full. Once a package is marked delivered, Carolina Hemp Cafe isn't responsible for it being lost or stolen from your doorstep. If your package hasn't arrived within 48 hours of the expected delivery date, contact USPS directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS (1-800-275-8777).

We also aren't responsible for carrier delays or issues caused by an incorrect address entered at checkout. Double-check your shipping info before you submit your order.

Payment

What payment methods do you accept? 

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express, plus money orders if you pre-load them onto your account.

Is my payment information secure? 

Yes. We use industry-standard encryption to keep your payment and personal information secure and confidential.

Can I change or cancel my order after I place it? 

You have 24 hours after placing your order to modify or cancel it. After that window, your order moves into processing and we can't make changes.

What's your return and refund policy? 

All sales are final. Because of the nature of our products (hemp-derived cannabinoids, consumables, and wellness items), we don't accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order is placed and processed. This applies whether the product is opened, unopened, used, or unused, and covers incorrect selections, buyer's remorse, or dissatisfaction with effects.

What if my order arrives damaged, defective, or wrong? 

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. We'll review the issue and, at our discretion, may approve a replacement. Reporting the issue after 48 hours may void your eligibility for resolution.

What happens if I file a chargeback? 

Contact our support team before initiating a chargeback. Filing one without reaching out first can result in order cancellation, account suspension, or a permanent ban from future purchases.

Where applicable, yes, through independent laboratories, and Certificates of Analysis (COAs) may be available for applicable products. Hemp is a natural agricultural product, so cannabinoid concentrations can vary between plants, harvests, batches, and individual products, and lab results can vary depending on testing methodology. We work with reputable suppliers but can't independently guarantee every third-party test result or specification we're given.

Are these products FDA approved? 

No. Statements about our products haven't necessarily been evaluated by the FDA. Our products aren't intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and nothing on our site is medical advice.
