I love the dog walkers. A little bit relaxes you and lasts forever, at least for myself. A little bit is all I need. These are the ultimate stress reliever. Sometimes I wake up at night and it will normally take me hours to get back to sleep. These help me close my eyes again and get back to sleep without watching the ceiling for 45 minutes.
