What is THCA flower?

THCA flower is dried cannabis sativa bud that’s been bred to contain high levels of tetrahydrocannabinolic acid (THCA) and low levels of tetrahydrocannabinol (THC). Because it contains less than 0.3% THC by dry weight, it’s considered hemp and is therefore federally legal.

What are THCA pre-rolls?

THCA pre-rolls are cannabis sativa joints made using high-THCA flower that’s been ground and rolled for convenience. Since they contain less than 0.3% THC by dry weight, they are considered federally legal hemp products.

Will THCA get you high?

Yes, THCA flower will get you high because THCA turns into THC when heated (which happens when you light a pre-roll, for example). THC is a psychoactive cannabinoid that creates a euphoric head high.

Is it legal to buy THCA online?

Yes, THCA is federally legal in the US, although it’s restricted in certain states. In their raw form, THCA flower and other THCA products contain less than 0.3% THC by dry weight, which means they are considered federally-legal hemp under U.S. law.
