Shipping Timeframes

USPS GROUND AGVANTAGE OR UPS typically takes 2-3 business days for delivery, depending on your location.
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, and you will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
- We do not offer overnight shipping at this time.
If your package is lost or stolen by USPS or any other carrier, your order will be refunded in full. If your package is delivered successfully but stolen or lost before you receive it, CC Cafe, LLC dba Carolina Hemp Cafe is not responsible. The buyer specifically assumes all risk of loss or seizure of their property and products by law enforcement or shipping company authorities during shipment.
All terms of sale, use, and conditions shall be governed pursuant to the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States of America, notwithstanding any principles of conflict of law. Upon purchase, the purchaser consents that personal jurisdiction for any dispute between the purchaser and the company shall be governed by the State of North Carolina.
