    • Orders over $25 qualify for free standard shipping within the United States.
  2. Local Delivery:

    • We offer local delivery: for orders over $75, local delivery is Free.
    • Our local delivery ensures that your products arrive quickly and safely at your doorstep.

Shipping Timeframes

  • USPS GROUND AGVANTAGE OR UPS typically takes 2-3 business days for delivery, depending on your location.
  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, and you will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
  • We do not offer overnight shipping at this time.

Whitelisted with USPS

We are proud to be whitelisted with USPS, which means our packages are never stopped or inspected during shipment. All Sales Are Final Policy

At Carolina Hemp Cafe, all sales are final.

Due to the nature of our products, including but not limited to hemp-derived cannabinoids, consumables, and wellness items, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed and processed.

No Returns or Exchanges

  • We do not accept returns for opened, unopened, used, or unused products.

  • We do not offer exchanges for incorrect selections made by the customer.

  • Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction, preference changes, or effects experienced.
