1. What are your shipping options and rates?

We ship all orders via Priority Mail USPS, with rates determined by the weight of the package. Customers who spend more than $99 enjoy free shipping, while orders under this threshold are charged based on weight.


2. Do you offer international shipping?

No, we currently do not offer international shipping. We only ship within the United States.


3. Do you offer overnight shipping?

We do not offer overnight shipping. All orders are shipped via Priority Mail USPS, which typically takes 2-3 business days for delivery, depending on your location.


4. Do you offer local delivery?

Yes! We have a min order of $150 to get Local Delivery and it's Free!


5. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, and American Express, as well as PayPal for secure payments.


6. Is my payment information secure?

Yes, we use industry-standard encryption to ensure that all your payment and personal information remains secure and confidential.


7. Can I change or cancel my order?

You can modify or cancel your order within the first 24 hours after placement. After that, your order is processed for shipping, and no further changes can be made.


8. Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

At Carolina Hemp Cafe, all sales are final.

Due to the nature of our products, including but not limited to hemp-derived cannabinoids, consumables, and wellness items, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed and processed.

No Returns or Exchanges

  • We do not accept returns for opened, unopened, used, or unused products.

  • We do not offer exchanges for incorrect selections made by the customer.

  • Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction, preference changes, or effects experienced.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

We will review the issue and, if approved, may offer a replacement at our discretion. Failure to report issues within this timeframe may void eligibility for resolution.

Once an order has been shipped, Carolina Hemp Cafe is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect addresses provided at checkout

  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
