How is this legal Marijuana?

The 2018 Farm Bill created a legal loophole that allows certain cannabis products, like those sold in dispensaries, to be classified as hemp, even though they’re essentially the same as marijuana. Here’s the key: under the law, any cannabis plant with less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC by dry weight is considered hemp, not marijuana. Since hemp is federally legal, companies can sell products derived from it, even if they produce similar effects to marijuana.
